2. Are your fragrances cruelty-free?

Yes, all AUGST fragrances are 100% cruelty-free and never tested on animals.

3. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

No, we do not offer COD. We accept hassle-free UPI payments at checkout.

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking updates via WhatsApp.

5. Do you accept returns / cancellations or exchanges?

Please refer to our Refund & Replacement Policy - we only provide replacements in case of damage, defects, or wrong items.

6. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

No, we do not offer cancellations once your order is placed, nor do we provide refunds for the same. 

7. Are your perfumes alcohol-free or skin-safe?

Our perfumes are formulated using premium-quality ingredients, which are clearly indicated on the packaging. They are safe for use on skin when applied as directed.
